Welcome to my web-site where you will find information regarding the full range of training that I can offer, together with the current prices. I am also currently using the all new Volvo C30 as my training vehicle.
I can advise that I am a fully qualified, and registered Driving Instructor with the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) to cover training in cars for the learner driver and at an advanced level for Fleet drivers.
In relation to my other qualifications, I hold the Institute of Advanced Motorist (IAM) certificates for both cars and motorcycles as well as the RoSPA Gold. I also recently passed the Diamond Special Advanced Test, which is considered by some as one of the most difficult of tests to undertake involving a 90 minute drive where only two minor faults are permitted.
I am based in Stockton and will happily provide training in the surrounding area including; Sedgefield, Wynyard, Billingham, Norton, Thornaby, Ingleby Barwick, Yarm and the surrounding villages.
As for me I can advise that I have over 30 years of advanced driving experience, which I acquired whilst working within an emergency services environment and it was in that role where I obtained specialist ‘advanced' driving qualifications.
My undertaking to any pupil who wants to learn to drive is that I will provide the relevant training to enable them to pass their test in a safe environment utilising my own personal skills and achievements. For those seeking advanced or refresher training I offer the same level of commitment but with greater emphasis on the additional techniques required for that level of driving ability.
For some, driving is simply a means of transport and an aid to avoid the inconvenience of having to wait for the bus or train... for others it can be everything in terms of their career, catering for their family and links to the wider aspects of life and what it can offer.
Let me help to make whatever you need this skill for an enjoyable experience and ensure that it becomes a ‘skill for life' where any reference to vehicle ‘accidents' are considered “other peoples problems ...”
