Advanced/Refresher Driver Training

I received my first driver training to an ‘Advanced' standard in early1976 and during the 31years that followed, during my time in the emergency services; I successfully attained Advanced Driving qualifications for both cars and motor-cycles.

I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), and of the local Teesside group. I am the holder of two advanced driving certificates, issued by the IAM in relation to both cars and motorcycles. I am a member of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and currently hold their ‘Gold' certificate for Drivers and Riders.

I am a member of the Driving Instructors Association, (DIA) and as part of the training I undertook in November 2008 to become a registered ‘Fleet Driver Trainer', I also underwent and passed the Diamond Special Advanced driving test and acquired the appropriate certificate as proof of my achievement.

As you can see from the above I have continued to develop myself professionally and as a result I am now able to provide a range of training up to and including advanced level and refresher training for those individuals who may require that facility.
